    I already have an account with ArosChem UK Ltd and currently order by either fax or phone, do I have to register again to use the online ordering service?

If you already hold an account with us then your details will be stored on our computer database so there is no need for you to register with us again.
If you did not supply an email address when you set up your account, or you have recently changed your email address then you may be unable to log in.

If you are unable to log in and have an account number [a three or four digit no. followed by D] then please email sales@aroschem.com and we will promptly activate your online account.

It is likely that we will not have all your required details held on the database, so when you order for the first time you will be prompted to fill in the required details, once the first order is complete these details will be saved and you will not have to fill them in again.
